My sisters and I will be flying to be with my dad for several days and I am so thankful for the opportunity to be with my family. Sometimes God uses suffering in our lives to allow us opportunities to be with those we love...Next week I will hug my dad and spend time walking around the lake with him, I will stay up all night, talking and laughing with my sisters who I have not seen in over a year, and I will thank God  He has brought us together...I will remember these blessings on Friday, as the doctor tell us the results of my father's tests and no matter what , I will be grateful for what brings a family together...

This is the time of the year when many of you will be traveling...We will be traveling soon, and look forward to visiting our sons  and spending time at the lake.
